I had my TriGlide serviced for the first time out of necessity today. These folks treated me with the utmost of genuine respect and care. They took the time to make sure I understood every aspect of my service and discussed every single concern. I did purchase the extended service plan in addition to today's service with the knowing that things can and will happen on long trips as I got to see first hand two weeks ago on my first ever trip thru the mountains. I highly recommend this dealership for parts and service. Being a lady rider as well as a newer rider having only learned to ride a couple years ago, my knowledge base is still growing. They did not take advantage of me nor treat me in any way other than as a valued customer who had a head on her shoulders.. That I truly appreciated above all else! And I thank them very much for being forthright with the explanation of everything as well as costs before doing performing each service step. I would go here always BEFORE going to the local dealership in Fayetteville who's only care is making the sale as I learned the hard way a couple times. These folks at Cox's Double Eagle Harley Davidson know what GOOD customer service is and how to keep a good customer. It was well worth the ride to Pinehurst!
